Users are defined as any individuals who access the PAYFREN website at www.payfren.page and/or use the Android PAYFREN application and/or use the Apple PAYFREN application and/or use the Windows PAYFREN application, collectively referred to as the PAYFREN Application. Users are expected to read this privacy policy carefully in order to understand how the PAYFREN Application utilizes your personal data as a user of the PAYFREN Application.
By providing your Personal Data, you signify your agreement for PAYFREN to use your Personal Data as needed and appropriate, and, if necessary, we will directly seek your consent as the owner of the Personal Data. This Privacy Policy is only applicable to Users who have agreed to be bound by PAYFREN through the PAYFREN Application and/or through a direct Agreement with PAYFREN.

Your Personal Data will be controlled by PT. LINGKAR KREASI (hereinafter referred to as "PAYFREN"), a company registered in Indonesia with its registered office at
Komplek Komersial Mekarwangi Square D3 Jalan Cibaduyut Raya No.142 Bojongloa Kidul, Bandung 40236 West Java - Indonesia.
Personal Data includes information about the User, including but not limited to name, mobile phone number, identity, address, email, devices, and other data deemed necessary by PAYFREN. PAYFREN will collect this Personal Data for administrative purposes, and PAYFREN is prohibited from misusing this Personal Data for PAYFREN`s commercial interests and/or any other purposes that may harm you.
Purpose of Collecting Personal Data We collect your Personal Data to provide better services and information, including:

• Registration as a QRIS Merchant in the PAYFREN Application.
• Registration as a User of the PAYFREN Loyalty Application.
• Managing obligations based on Agreements with PAYFREN.
• Addressing issues related to the products we offer.
• Monitoring transactions you conduct with us and/or other PAYFREN merchants.
• Recording information from your devices and browser, including IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, requested pages, device location, and other data.
• Adapting advertisements and content displayed by PAYFREN, as well as conducting research to improve PAYFREN`s services.

PAYFREN uses web beacons to access PAYFREN cookies within and beyond the network of our website, and in connection with PAYFREN`s products and services.
